About Us

Vocal Essence of the Southern Tier (VEST) is a nonprofit choral organization serving the Corning–Elmira region, dedicated to creating joyful, inclusive, and high-quality singing opportunities for all ages. Founded in 2025 by Dr. Morgan Jolley, VEST offers children’s, youth, and young adult choirs, a singer-songwriter ensemble, and adult weekend intensives. With a mission to remove barriers and emphasize wellness, equity, and lifelong participation, VEST builds community through the power of song
