We help to strategically plan economic and industrial development initiatives in our community. This includes intown/downtown projects and business development support, working with community leaders within the Bath, Corning, Big Flats, Horseheads and Watkins Glen areas of the Southern Tier of New York.

Our Mission Statement

''The mission of the Three Rivers Development Corporation is to maintain and promote the economic viability of the Southeast Steuben County through Board and staff service to the public and private sectors in the fields of planning, housing, commercial and industrial development, and community renewal.''

Strategic Goal

We will contiinue to provide leadership, facilitation, and technical assistance to businesses and communities primarily in the Corning area, with expectations that we will participate in Southern Tier regional activities, to improve the atmosphere for business development, and help bring about long-term sustainability for the communities.
