CareFirstNY, formerly Southern Tier Hospice and Palliative Care, has served Chemung, Schuyler, and Steuben counties since 1981. CareFirstNY is the primary source for hospice care, grief services, and mental health counseling throughout the Southern Tier. Our caring staff of professional doctors, nurses, social workers, spiritual care counselors, and volunteers work with families to create the best plan of care to meet each family's unique needs.
