REDEC/RRC Small Business Course

?8 Week Small Business Course? REDEC will hold its annual 8 Week Small Business Course this spring with new instructors with decades of relevant small business experience and knowledge. Course graduates can expect to have a business plan for a new or growing business at the end of the course, which can be used to apply for financing with REDEC and other commercial lending institutions. Classes will be held Tuesday evenings from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at the S.E. Steuben County Library, 300 Nassar Civic Center Plaza, in the City of Corning. Classes will begin Tuesday March 14th and run through Tuesday May 2nd. There is ample free parking adjacent to the library. Course topics include Essentials of Entrepreneurism, Forms of Business Ownership, Market Analysis, Selecting a Location, Pricing to Profit, Financial Statements, Business Financing, and Marketing Your Business. The course is open to both business start-ups and existing businesses. Space is limited. Interested entrepreneurs are encouraged to register early.
