All proceeds benefit hospice, palliative care, and grief service programs in Chemung, Schuyler, and Steuben counties of New York State.

CareFirst was founded in 1981 by a dedicated group of volunteers who believed in dignity in end of life care. As the only not for profit hospice in the Southern Tier, it has been an honor and privilege to serve nearly 40,000 families in our community. Thanks to you, we will serve thousands more when they need it most.
