Poets In Play: Lu Highsmith

Opening the 7th season of Poets in Play will be Lu Highsmith on October 12th from 7-9pm via Zoom. There is no better way to enjoy a cozy October evening than to pull up a couch, grab some tea, and listen to some inspiring poetry by Lu. Following Lu's reading we will host an open mic session. If you'd like to read, please come prepared with one poem. Your poem can be from your selection or inspired by Lu's prompt: "The myriad of ways you touch me, without even touching me."

Rochester, NY native Lu Highsmith has published essays, news articles and poems over the past twenty-five years.
