GROW means that people are learning about healthy lifestyles; creating goals to enhance their health; and implementing fulfilling changes. Our Wellness Fair aims to help community members to:  enhance wellbeing  alleviate stress  avoid burn-out Our annual event is attended by more than 350 throughout our community. This event is a great opportunity to introduce your service to many new potential clients.
