The Corning Area Chamber of Commerce is rolling out a NEW Gift Card Program! The plastic gift cards will only be accepted in a closed loop of participating locations that currently accept MasterCard AND have been activated through the setup process. Use this opportunity to sign up in time for the holiday shopping season!
