LITTLE GATHER: THE SCIENCE OF MAGIC WITH SUPER SCIENTIFIC CIRCUS

Introduce little ones to the Museum through this popular free summer program.

The Super Scientific Circus will reveal the scientific secrets of magic! Most magic tricks and illusions that have confused audiences for centuries actually have scientific explanations. This show uses mirrors, magnets, optical illusions, and more to delight the audience by demonstrating the principles of light, sight, air pressure, and more.

Use the Collection Connection handout at the show to explore the galleries and find glass related to the performance.

The Southeast Steuben County Library will be at every show with theme-related books and an activity.

9:30 am show for groups (reservations required)
11 am show for the general public

ADULTS FREE!
Now our Little Gather guests can share FREE Museum admission with their accompanying adults! Immediately following Little Gather performances, participating kids and adults can visit the rest of the Museum for free. Simply check in at either the Auditorium desk or the Admissions desk. No coupon required, but adults must be accompanied by kids.

Kids under age 18 always enjoy free admission to the Museum, and local residents receive discounted admission rates.
