Element Vineyard Tour and Feast

Ballers, Shot Callers, and of course, those of us that strive to be Notorious, 

You are cordially invited to join us for a summer party at Equilibrium Wine Farm. 

As club members, we have always intended to host regular events and parties to celebrate you…but, life has continued to get in the way, so, it’s time to change that. July 23rd, 2024…put it on your calendars…it will be a party to remember. Assuming the weather is nice, we plan to host you at Equilibrium Wine Farm, and if the weather isn’t cooperating, well then, let’s take over the Maillard Club or F.L.X. Table. No matter the location, it will be a night of exceptional food, drink and hospitality - This is going to be special. 

We'll welcome you with some secret sparkling wine disgorged à la volée, have a little walk and talk through the farm, checking in on the site, and drinking a few wines along the way. Then we will head to the table, where we will hydrate and start our feast. Throughout the meal, we will taste a range of wines, spanning IOE, Element and Colloquial including upcoming releases, current releases and of course some library releases. 

Christopher will prepare a simple, classic Finger Lakes meal to celebrate the season and our region, and of course, we will finish with some fantastic cheese and fresh fruits. Isabel will be graciously attending to all of your wants and needs (well before you even realize you want or need for anything) and, as an added bonus, Michalis will be popping bottles from Christopher's personal cellar, including rare, library and unreleased bottlings of our own production, and...likely...others. 

Club member(s) and one companion are guests of the winery…All others $250 per person all inclusive. Space is limited, so, please let us know ASAP.

Please Note: This event is outdoors, and will have all the positives and negatives that go along with that.  There may be bugs, uneven ground - we suggest layers!
