Common Core Standards-Business Engagement

Navigating the New Standards: This event, hosted by the Corning Area Chamber of Commerce and co-sponsored by The Public Policy Institute of New York State and the Committee for Economic Development, will provide the employer community with information on the state’s new education standards and the essential role that businesses can play to help foster college- and career-readiness.
