Christmas Eve/Day Dinner:

2020 has been a year wrought with stress, so the culinary team at Radisson Hotel Corning is giving the community an opportunity to skip the stressful holiday cooking job and relax with family.  Grill 1-2-5 is now taking reservations for socially distant Christmas Eve and Christmas Day dinners. Seating times are from 5pm to 8pm on Christmas Eve and 1pm to 5pm on Christmas Day.  The chef-driven, ala carte holiday menu includes handcrafted specialties such as cedar plank salmon, seared scallops, filet mignon, prime rib, broiled crab cake stuffed jumbo shrimp, maple brined pork tenderloin, handmade desserts and more.  The hotel is elegantly decorated for the season with both modern and traditional aesthetics and adorned pine trees abound.
