CAREFIRST BLOOD DRIVE & TEXAS ROADHOUSE BBQ

CareFirst will be hosting a community blood drive on Tuesday, February 27^th from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm, in their gymnasium located at 3805 Meads Creek Road, Painted Post (exit 42 Coopers Plains). The Southern Tier is currently experiencing a blood shortage, so all local business members are encouraged to make a life saving appointment by calling 607.962.4100 ext 142 or emailing Development@carefirstny.org.  As an added incentive, Trinity Therapeutics will be on site, providing free chair massages for donors.

Texas Roadhouse will also be providing takeout BBQ lunches for $10.  Chamber members are encouraged to PRE-ORDER their lunches for pick up between 12:00 -2:00pm.  Delivery to local businesses is available within a 5 mile radius of CareFirst. Lunch includes your choice of BBQ Chicken or Pulled Pork with seasoned rice and rolls with honey cinnamon butter for $10 each; a portion of proceeds will benefit local hospice programs provided by CareFirst.  Pre-order your Texas Roadhouse lunch by calling 607.962.4100 ext 142  or emailing Development@carefirstny.org by February 20^th.
