AIM’s fourth annual awareness event, the Allies in Disguise 5K Run and Mile Walk, will be held at 10 a.m. Oct. 31, 2015, at Craig Park in Painted Post. Craig Park is located adjacent to the Corning-Painted Post Middle School (formerly Corning West), 35 Victory Highway.
In addition to the 5K and awareness walk, the event will feature a children’s fun run, other children’s activities, face painting, a photo booth, prizes and refreshments. Participants are encouraged to wear a costume!
The cost is $20 per person, with discounted family rates available. You can register online or print a registration form.
Allies are forged by a common goal. Together, they are a powerful force of change and influence.
AIM stands against the institutionalization of people with disabilities. People with disabilities deserve choice and independence, like all people.
Be an ally, and help us fight for what’s right.
