Board members are the fiduciaries who steer the organization towards a sustainable future by adopting sound, ethical, and legal governance and financial management policies, as well as by making sure the nonprofit has adequate resources to advance its mission. In this four-hour program over consecutive Wednesdays (2 hours each workshop), new, existing and potential board members will learn the fundamental nonprofit governance concepts every nonprofit leader should understand to be an effective and contributing board member.
